Monsoon Magazine

Monsoon Magazine is dedicated to the creation and sustenance of a vibrant dialogue between emerging and established South Asian practitioners of the creative arts . . . it is surprising that the internet lacks an intelligent and aesthetically appealing place to house and access all these interests. Monsoon Magazine hopes to fill that void, by bringing to the world wide web, and in turn the real world, the most creative and innovative of expressions, emblematic of the beautiful complexity that South Asia is.

Guidelines - Monsoon welcomes unsolicited submissions of unpublished artwork, autobiographical sketches, essays, fiction, interviews, photography, poetry, reviews, and translations ranging from earthy to experimental. We consider manuscripts year-round and will reply on a first-received, first-read basis. As an electronic journal, we prefer e-mail or computer-file submissions, either as text in the e-mail or as an MS Word Document.
